The Artreaux is located in the Industry Hill neighborhood at downtown's edge in the heart of Winston-Salem's arts and entertainment district. The area features concert venues, breweries, distilleries, galleries, retail shops, and restaurants. You're just minutes from Hanes Mall and downtown.

The Artreaux offers an array of amenities including a resort-inspired pool with sun deck, leash-free pet park, 24-hour fitness center with yoga and spin room, billiards and gaming room, clubhouse kitchen with terrace lounge and firepit, pet spa station, cafe with refreshment station, electric car charging stations, poolside gas grill, access to 24/7 package lockers, door-to-door valet trash service, and elevator access.

The Artreaux offers studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Studio apartments are 401 sq ft. One-bedroom units range from 575-735 sq ft. Two-bedroom apartments range from 1,065-1,269 sq ft, and townhomes are 1,243-1,552 sq ft with 2-2.5 bathrooms. Three-bedroom apartments range from 1,452-1,615 sq ft.
